Solution Updated: 5/12/2006, all payments made by PayPal will encounter a 3% cost on top of the agreed service price. This cost will go towards merchant fee charged to us here at Altitude Studio. (example if your service fee is 300 than you would add 3% on top of that which is 9.00. So your total would be 309.00. Western Union, if you are paying by western union, no work will be started until payment is in hand. We do not accept echecks from paypal at all.
